We guarantee our paints and photo-luminescent pigments to be of the highest commercial grade quality available and free of any fillers or additives.

We stand behind each and every product* that we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then providing the item is undamaged and unused, then you may simply return the item for a refund** or replacement.

You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please send an email to returns@glowtec.co.uk for an RMA number and details on how to return products.

Please Note: For your convenience, we supply all our paints and powders in see-through containers. This enables customers to see and test the actual performance of a product, without needing to open it or break its seal.

Once such products have been opened or used, We regret that we are unable to accept them for return. All powder based products cannot be returned.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Notifications after this time will not be accepted.

If you order a Glowtec product and then find you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange the item for you. Simply return the item unopened and unused and we will send your alternative choice by return of post.

Any order which is shipped incomplete, will be completed by Glowtec. We will either ship the missing items at no additional shipping cost, or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do with charge up to the point of despatch. If you cancel after despatch, you will need to follow our returns procedure.

** Please Note: Orders cancelled after despatch may at our discretion, be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted along with the original post and packaging costs, from the refund payment.

Glowtec accepts returns on its merchandise within 7 days. However, Glowtec reserves the right to refuse product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 7 days, a credit-note will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Glowtec on returned items, and Glowtec will pay the shipping charges on replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 7 days from invoice date, can be for exchange, replacement, refund or credit, at the customer's discretion.

Please note: All 1 litre Paint sizes and certain other products which are produced on a Made-to-Order or Bespoke basis, known as Special Order Items, are not eligible for refunds.

International & Special Order Items

This guarantee applies to UK purchases of regular stock items made through the Glowtec website. It does not apply to custom, bespoke and Made-to-Order items (known as Special Order Items), nor does it apply to International purchases (i.e orders originating outside of the UK).

STARGLOW Paints are not suitable for use by children unless they properly supervised by an adult. With the exception of STARGLOW Face & Body Paints, STARGLOW Paints are not suitable for use on skin.

We recommend that you should always test a small area before committing to use our products.

The images used throughout this site are intended to provide a visual representation of the Glow-in-the-Dark or UV Revealing effect.
